Carmen started her Real Estate career in 1987 in Southern California. She became the #1 Agent in her office the very first year, earning her the 1988 Sales person of the year. She maintained that status the following year, earning that award for 1989.
Carmen moved to Atlanta in 1990 along with her two High
School daughters and her only sister. As an experienced
Realtor in the Luxury home market, she affiliated with
Buckhead Brokers. After being offered a position at
Prudential Atlanta Realty, she rose to Top Producer
in the East Cobb Office. As Sales Agent of the Year
in 1994, 1995, and 1996, Carmen earned Prudential's
highest award "Chairman's Circle" which represents the
top 1% Internationally in her field. Overall, Carmen
was ranked #6 agent out of a sales force of 600 at Prudential.
Carmen has been the recipient of many prestigious awards
and honors. Carmen graced the cover of Woman Looking
Ahead News Magazine as "Atlanta Top Real Estate Agent"
outlining her progressive career in Real Estate. In
1997, Carmen was awarded the "Entrepreneur of the Year
Blue Print Award" by the Arvida Development Corporation
for #1 Co-op Agent for the "Most New Home Sales by a
Co-op Agent" in Arvida's communities and was featured
in Atlanta Goodlife Magazine as "Selling Five Star Real
Estate". On September 11, 2001, she was the recipient
of the "Outstanding Woman of the Year" awarded by the
Atlanta Business League.
